Godfrey’s Butchers was established in 1905 and has remained in the family to this day, now run by the great grandchildren of Frank Godfrey from their shop in Highbury, London. Designed in the traditional Victorian style, the shop features floor to ceiling tiling, brass hanging rails a detailing and a traditional curved display counter. Godfrey’s was one of the first butchers in the UK to feature a glass door dry aging display fridge in which the family showcase their carefully cut and matured meats.
