Smith & Clay butcher’s shop is in the centre of Buckingham on a site where there has been a butcher’s shop and abattoir for many generations. By combining the shop next door with the original shop and vast outdoor space, a complete meat production enterprise was created. As well as the complete shop fit including all furniture, we supplied the L-shaped fresh meat display with a unique ambient corner housing a butcher’s block and a series of deli counters with a hot food offer at the very end. There is also a dry aging hanging display, temperature controlled prep room with viewing window and sausage display and a series of cold room storage spaces in the back of house.
