The Ginger Pig, Borough Market.

Ginger Pig’s Borough Market stall is the very first shop they had in London and we were able to re-equip them with a brand new counter run for fresh meat and deli. We also supplied their stainless steel back bars and prep spaces, butchers blocks and a hot display counter for their sausage rolls and pasties. We designed the showstopper of their new shop which is a completely unique 360° fully glazed display for hanging meat positioned centrally in their U-shaped counter run.
