CRS worked with Ginger Pig to transform this traditional butcher’s shop into a state of the art meat dominated retail experience. A full height refrigerated window display was developed specifically to fit the window space, with a bespoke Ebony counter run, featuring a hot food display for busy lunchtime display as well as in built cutting stations. A self service multideck, with full shop fit and cladding makes this a butchery experience for the 21st century.
