In the heart of Scotland, neighbouring the world famous Gleneagles Estate, CRS worked with the owners of Gloagburn Farm shop to help them develop a new shop extension, create a new butchery and much enlarged Deli area featuring a vertical cheese and charcuterie unit as a backdrop to the Deli counter full of local and home made delights.
