Great Cornish Food Store.

The Great Cornish Food store in Truro is a showcase for a multitude of delicious Cornish products. Fresh fish from local fishermen, vegetables from the fields, cheese from the dairies and meat from local farmers are just some of the Cornish specialities on display. Built on land owned by the Duchy of Cornwall, and the child of local food author, Ruth Huxley, this a unique and local showcase. CRS were commissioned to help design the interior and to fit all of the refrigeration and display equipment.
