Kernel & Roast.

Kernel & Roast is a premium food and beverage experience located in Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush, London. This unique project was lead by Kernel & Roast’s founder whose vision was realised by CADA Design and CRS were able to create completely bespoke refrigerated and ambient displays for their Sweets Counter to include Turkish Delight, Lokum, Halva, Chocolate and Almonds on Ice. For their Coffee counter we supplied both ambient and refrigerated dessert displays as well as the entire servery area. This project also included a nut wall display, a kind of ‘pick and mix’ for premium flavoured nuts and dried fruits.
